We all have those days when our bangs drive us crazy!  Sometimes we blow dry them wrong, sometimes we don't have time to wash and style them, and sometimes they are even cut a little too short.  Here are fifteen different ways to pin back your bangs for those days when they aren't cooperating.

• They apply with a really great grip even with lip balm on, and provide even & densely pigmented coverage.
• Lasts for hours and doesn’t dry out lips provided you apply it over moisturised lips.
• Verdict: Despite the shades looking ordinarily similar in the tube, they come alive once on lips, especially Diva & Uber Coolwhich make my lips pop.  Diva is my favourite shade of them all, as it starts off as a poppy red when worn sheer and comes alive into a vibrant red when layered on.  Ghetto is my next favourite, great for warm skin tones and wintery palettes.

Tuesday Tempters- DIY lipstick you can actually eat....

You know that stat about the average woman eating 7 pounds of lipstick in her lifetime? The one you try to pretend you're not a part of? 

Well, natural lip company Bite Beauty was created because you are eating your lip products, whether you like it or not.

Bite lipsticks don't contain any of the nasty ingredients (read more about those here) that come in most lip products. Their lipsticks are made with natural oils, food-grade pigments, and the wine-derived antioxidant resveratrol. 

Bite Beauty has been exclusive to Sephora since they launched two years ago, but here's some exciting news: They opened a stand-alone store in New York City's Soho neighborhood this week. And the Bite Beauty Lip Lab isn't just a place to pick up a lipstick -- it's an actual lab where you can customize your own lipstick and have it made right in front of you. 

"I love the process of the melting, and the pouring, and the finger painting, to figure out the perfect color," says founder Susanne Langmuir. "And we wanted to bring that process into the retail setting." 

The store is currently in pop-up form, but a sleek new design -- and even more DIY features -- will be unveiled September 1.

Makeup Monday- grooming tips for your man

My friend Todd Goldenfarb co-founded men's grooming space Sloane Square Barbers and Shoppe in Miami a few years ago, and now is launching a cheeky fun website to accompany it called The Proper Man. Hailed an online mashup for the modern man's lifestyle, the site boasts style, food, grooming tips and more. Todd's sage advice helped me many a time in college, ("Katz, you really should be wearing white tank tops and jeans. That's what the dudes are into these days.") and now he's dispensing tips on how to help gentlemen look their best. I hit him up to share his best shaving tricks and beard trends for the summer. Beard conditioner: It's a thing, fellas. Check it.   

"1. Facial hair is in. Clooney and Cooper have made the well groomed beard very desirable these days. 

2. If you do grow a beard it's important to maintain it. Either find a great barber you can visit every week or make sure you have the right equipment at home to keep it clean and detailed. The Brad Pitt out of control beard is out. 

3. Just because you have facial hair it doesn't mean you don't have to keep the skin around the beard and under it in great shape. Exfoliation is key and we like the Microfine Face Scrub from Menscience 

4. If you are maintaining your beard at home between visits to the barber (when in Miami, Sloane Square) it is important to soothe the skin after shaving or lining up around your beard.
